50-Plus Fitness
These classes are especially designed for older adults.
During the summer months, If the temperature is not too hot, we will do some aerobics.
Everyone 50 and over needs a doctor’s note.
General Information
- Modifications are given for various intensities and abilities.
- Sign up for two or more days a week or just Zumba® as follows

- Mon. - 10:00 to 10:55 a.m. – Aerobics, Strength & Balance
- Wed. - 10:00 to 10:55 a.m. – Aerobics, Strength & Balance
- Fri. - 9:45 to 10:40 a.m. – Strength Training & Balance
